• The Tail's End Thrift Store-This is the place if you are looking for clothing, toys, knick-knacks, furniture and other treasures.  Our prices can't be beat and all proceeds support the care of our animals and upkeep of the shelter. And if you want to help others in need we also have Thrift Store vouchers you can purchase!

• Pedigree Dog Food Donation-Donate a bag of PEDIGREE® Food to HSEC! And for every bag that’s donated through Dogsrulegear.com, PEDIGREE® will make a matching donation to our shelter.

• Petdoors-PetDoors.com will make a generous donation to Humane Society of Elmore County when you purchase your pet door.

• LifeGem-Our shelter receives a 13% commission (and up if the volume is greater) when you purchase a certified, high-quality diamond from LifeGem.

Recycling Programs

• Aluminum Cans-We collect aluminum cans at our shelter for recycling. The money we receive for recycling goes directly to the shelter.

• Cell Phones-Old Cell Phones & Printer Cartridges: We participate in a program that gives cash to Non-profit Organizations by recycling old cell phones and ink cartridges and you are helping the environment as well!
