Aluminum Cans: We collect aluminum cans at our shelter for
recycling. The money we receive for recycling goes directly to the
shelter.
Old Cell Phones & Printer Cartridges: We participate
in a program that gives cash to Non-profit Organizations by
recycling old cell phones and ink cartridges and you are helping the
environment as well!

We have now signed up for a program that brings
in cash for Non-profit Organizations by recycling cell phones
that you no longer use. With so many people changing companies
or upgrading phones with newer features, many of us have
obsolete cellphones stuck in a drawer somewhere, never to be
used again. When you bring your old phone to us, the Company
sends us a prepaid box and then will send us a check determined
by the type of phone. All phones are worth something. The other
advantage to you is if you donate a phone to the shelter, it
will give you a tax deduction between $50.00 to $100.00 for 2005
taxes since we are a non-profit organization! You can drop your
old phones off at the shelter and get a tax write-off, or you
can use the link above and get the information to contact

your phone to their company.
